If something is affecting your wellbeing, relationships, confidence, or daily life, therapy may help. You do not need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling many people come simply to gain a better understanding of themselves.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore what you're experiencing while keeping the work focused and purposeful.

Most clients attend weekly, although fortnightly sessions can also be arranged. We'll discuss what works best for you during our initial consultation.

Yes. Confidentiality is a fundamental part of therapy and will be discussed fully during our first meeting. Everything you share stays between us, with only very limited exceptions as required by law.

Yes. I work with clients both online and in person. Online sessions are held via a secure video platform, making therapy accessible from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the UK.
